Ser Penn was a dormouse Sylvan Knight of Trickfoot Castle, and Ser Berry's late mother. She was a near legendary figure among the knights, and very well regarded.
She was close friends with Ser John, leading him to feel protective towards her eldest daughter.
She died many mouse years ago.
